Hi there,
I want to build mobile apps for service booking. I am not an app developer. Is it a good idea to learn coding or is it better to find a developer who can build it for me? What are the things to look out for?

Hi Deb,

Great work on wanting to build a future of your own. It takes a lot of courage and let me assure you that you are not alone. There are multiple
ways to tackle this. Unfortunately, it is not as straightforward.

Firstly, we recommend you to validate your idea before you start investing your time, money and resources if you haven’t already done so. You can learn more about idea validation https://www.shahlegacy.com.au/validate-your-idea/.

Once you have validated your idea with a strong response, you need to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for your app. You can choose to build an app yourself or you can hire an app developer. There are many App Template softwares that can help you build a MVP. Our favorite is Good Barber (yes, that is the name of an app building software!).

You can find a freelancer to build a MVP. You can find a good freelancer on Upwork or Fiverr.

Alternatively, you can learn how to code at one of these service providers:
